What is the best type of camellia to make tea?

The quality or flavor of tea varies pending on the weather, the soil, elevation, when to pick and the process of manufacturing even all hundreds of well known tea in China produced from C. sinensis.

Seven other species are also used in tea producion. The most popular one is C. assamica.
