camellia leaf spots

| A few of my leaves have different spots. Some look like they have been bleached. Some have black spots & a couple are yellow with some deterioration. Is this a disease that needs to be taken care of? Does my plant have more than one problem? I just planted it a few weeks ago. Two floweres budded and bloomed, but there are no more buds in sight. I am a terribly novice gardner and I just want my plants to not die. |

| Can you post a picture? Also, how many hours of morning sun is the plant getting? Too much sun can cause bronzing, yellowing and bleaching. How much water is it getting? If you check the soil by insrting a finger, the soil should feel moist, not wet; and not dry. Have you looked at the leaves for insect damage? Aphids and scale can cause some spots when they chew on the bottom of the leaves. |
