Help, circles on old leaves (pic)

| Noticed some brown spots (or small circles) on my camellia leaves (Camellia japonica). About 10 leaves from my little potted camellia are affected, only mature leaves. New growing leaves seems no problems.
Please help me identify it, is it possible that's nutrient deficiency? Thanks!

| Is the soil in the pot draining well, abufish? Is it getting sufficient moisture? The description makes me think of camellia scab but I have not had this problem. Most examples that I have pictures of do not show yellowing of leaves. |
