camellia sinensis - where - ships to california?

Does anyone know where I can get this plant? I'm sure I can do a search online but sometimes you never know what you are going to get. I was able to get some nice plants from NC a few years back but I don't recall the name of that nursery. Thanks for any help!

One popular NC nursery is Camellia Forest. Raintree in CA also offers them but they are apparently all out until next spring. Edible Landscaping has some here and it doesn't look like they restrict sending to CA like many places.

Thanks Jenny! I'll call them. I was also wondering if you or anyone knows where I can get a large number of plants. Preferably a nursery that propagates their own. Thanks for your reply!

Try Nuccio's (3555 Chaney Trail Altadena CA 91001 (626) 794-3383). I saw it there a few years ago, and they specialize in camellias. (Can't get the catalog link to work online right now to see if they have it; sorry)

Here is a link that might be useful: Nuccio's Nurseries
