Does anyone know where I can purchase this plant? I am in Northern California.

Well not exactly.... sort of... Wholesaler Monrovia lists this variety amongst its camellias. That means that any nursery that sells Monrovia products could have it in stock if they had ordered it. If they did not, ask if they will special order.
About special orders: Do not expect to receive it quickly though. You may have to wait until Monrovia's next shipment to the local nursery or you may have to wait until Monrovia ships camellias (November or December).
