Yellow Camellias?

I am amazed at seeing descriptions of yellow camellias. Are they really yellow? Pale, medium or bright yellow? Anybody have one or seen one in real life? Please share your experience. I like yellow and am considering getting one. thanks! Brandy

Thank you, okintos, those are so unusual! I might not be able to resist :) Camellia Forest carries chrysanthoides, so I will take a look at it when I go to their open house. Brandy

The yellow camellia easiest to buy debit to be the Camellia nitidissima. Many collectors of Galicia have it. And they present it in the Exhibitions of Camellia. The first specimens were bought in USA.
