When Do They Bloom?

My neighbor gave me a "Kramer's Supreme Camellia" in the spring and at that time I had replanted it in a 20" pot because I did not know where I was going to keep it permanently. Well it is still in the pot and I have it on my front walkway. It is doing good there and I have little buds that have been growing on it and I keep looking to see if these buds will turn in to flowers but instead they turn into more leaves, and these leaves are real shiny and healthly looking. When will I see flowers start to bloom, I am getting very anxious now. Is there something special I should be feeding this plant? How often should I be watering it? I would appreciate any advice, thank you.

| the moving and transplanting could have set it back a season. I don't know when it would normally bloom, but I have several that have not set buds yet. It's still very early to see blooms on some varieties. |

| liquid fertilizer 0-10-10 will help it set flower buds for the winter. Unfortunately, not all nurseries carry it. |
