Camellia reticulata seeds

Does anyone know where I might obtain some Camellia reticulata seed? I have Camellia japonica seeds that I could trade for the reticulata seeds.

Thanks.

Reticulata seeds are rare and hard to come by. I will send you an e-mail with some folks there in Georgia you may try calling. You might also check with Tom Johnston at the American Camellia Society. The ACS website also has a bulletin board for people who are into hybridizing and growing seedlings. (see link below) They are always looking for folks willing to grow from seed. Check it out!

Here is a link that might be useful: American Camellia Society

RE: Camellia reticulata seeds

I went to my camellia jungle. I did find three reti seed pods. The plants are Suzanne Withers and Dali Cha. If you want, drop me a email. I have already started my seed germination. Therefore Thanks. I do not need any more.
