| Hi there-
I bought a couple of camellias at the Lowes. There are one or two branches shooting toward the sky on each one. The rest of the plant is compact and full. I am itching to clip off the strays, but am not sure if I am "supposed" to do that. Do camellias shoot up and then branch out? Thanks! Leslie |

| Clip the errant branches back to the nearest outward growing bud or branch. You can do that at any time. |
