How much is took much? (Leaves from oaks falling on Japonicas)

Hey folks! This is my first Camellia bed and they are on the SW side of my yard, shaded from the hot sun by my neighbor's overhanging Oak trees. As you can see, the leaves pile up around my Camellias (mainly the two Autumn Mist..3 Black Magics are already upright and seem not to catch them). As you probably guessed, I'd consider myself very green to Camellias and gardening in general. Will those leaves pose a problem? Should I be removing as they pile on, leave them to decompose or what? Wasnt sure if they added extra risk of disease or not. Thanks!!!

Joe
