When to plant

I have two camellias that I started from seed, this is my first time growing camellias and they are growing so fast. I am wondering when I should plant them outside. Right now they are inside in containers, should I wait until spring? Right now they are about 3 inches high.

RE: When to plant

I'd guess in your zone, and since many younger plants aren't nearly so cold hardy as more mature ones, it might be best in your somewhat marginal zone, to just delay the planting til spring , and mine here in Michigan do just fine all winter indoors, and never get planted out. Do keep in mind however, they'd prefer a spot on the cool side and also with good humidity and decent light.
