| Hi from the South, South Jersey that is. I have 2 sons playing ice hockey, and they want me to knit them some hockey socks (stockings). I don't know why, when we could by them, but it would be fun, easy project. I cannot find any patterns via the internet, and was wondering if someone up in hockey land could point me to some patterns.
During my search, I did find some references to people accomplishing alot of knitting during the hockey games. Personally, I cannot do both. The hockey is much too fun to watch, and I'd miss something important if I so much as glance at my work. I guess I need more practice at knitting so I don't need to look away from the game. Now my mother crocheted an entire bedspread at my brother's baseball games, but I wouldn't switch the two sports in a million years. TIA |
