title of children movie in/about Canada?

Hello,
I hope you can help me out of a tight spot.
Can you recommend kids movies playing in Canada? The point is that my (German) sister, DH and kids (13, 11, 8) are going to travel to Canada for their summer holiday 2008. They are really excited, saving money and stuff. So I gave my niece a gift voucher for a DVD with a Canadian kids movie for her birth day. I then searched in the web but couldnt pin point a suitable title. Now could you recommend a title?
I thought some stuff involving kids on an hiking tour (wild life) or just some nice story either in the countryside or city (typical daily life) would be great.

| Do you want a DVD about Canada for kids? Maybe this would be good? Canadian Geographic DVD set Or do you want a fictional kids movie set in Canada? These are two classics: Never Cry Wolf Anne of Green Gables Keep in mind that DVDs from Canada are different that European DVDs. They won't play on other region's DVD players unless you have a multi-region DVD player. My brother lives in Switzerland and he bought one for about 50 SF. They are almost impossible to find in North America. BP |
