Any avid gardeners within driving distance of Stratford, Ontario? The annual flower show is coming 4 1/2 wks. from this weekend, March 5-8. I've never been to this one, but it sounds great. See link below.

You've never been to the Stratford show before? The first time I went, I swore I'd always go. It was great! The list of speakers for this year is awesome. I prefer the smaller shows to the crowded Canada Blooms. Don't get me wrong, CB was great but for me it was to crowded and very over priced. Another good gardening show, if you like the small ones and live near Creemore, is the Creemore Gardening show, Apr. 18, 10-5. I went for the first time last year after moving to the area and it was a very nice show. Marg

I, too, like the smaller flower shows. I've gone to the April one at Royal Botanical Gardens (Hamilton) a few times, but don't believe they hold it there anymore.

I was looking at the RBG website under events in April and didn't see it listed. This year's show is in March at the Hamilton Convention Centre, but it's still called the Ontario Garden Show. Thanks for the info.
