Seeking Ulmus parvifolia 'Geisha'

Can anybody recommend a nursery in Canada that might carry this beautiful dwarf elm? It's quite well known in Europe and the UK but seems to be scarce as hen's teeth over here.

Failing that, does anyone know if any nurseries in the UK will ship to Canada?

Thanks for your help!

Thought I'd revive this request to see if anyone knows how I can possibly get hold of this plant. I still dream of it....
Still no growers that I can find in Canada where I live or even in the U.S.
Has anyone ever tries importing a plant from the UK or Europe using a plant broker?
