T&T Seeds has a few varieties of hardy semi-sweet (sour) cherries as well as high bush and low bush blueberries, hardy apples and other small fruits. Their shipping is reasonable too and their stuff is zone 2/3 hardy. (just a happy customer whose dealt with them for years).

Glen, if you really mean that, perhaps you should go over to the rate and review vendors forum. Two people have trashed T&T.
The reviews were mean spirited. If you have had good service from this company, they could use a good word from you.

Why would you think that we are mean spirited because we report a company that sends dead and mislabeled plants and crushed seeds? Gee, I've got so much money to throw away. If they stood behind their products, maybe the opinion would be different.

We both know Glen fairly well and I am thrilled that he is happy with T & T. I'm not. It is Glen's right to be happy with them, just as it is our right to not be happy with them. This is business. It is not "mean spirited".

If you would take the time to read through this entire thread, you will see the reason for our "mean spiritedness". Funny, when go to McDonald's to order a Big Mac and I get a Quarter Pounder, am I being mean spirited because I complain?

Wow, I never knew there was a "rate vendors forum". I'll have to do some reading.

I have dealt with T&T for years, but mostly only ordering "dependable" seeds like geranium, marigold, impatiens, vegetables and woody nursery stock like my apple trees.

I did order perennials once from them and recall receiving a dried out root, but they did issue a credit note. Actually, I've stopped ordering perennials from any mail order catalogue unless it is really hard to find locally as I got tired of receiving dried out roots in the mail or dried out pots.

Sharon, I can see your point. You paid for pelleted seed and didn't get it.

I am curious why do you want to order them when so many different nurseries carry these common plants. I would suggest waiting until spring so you can pick your own, without a doubt as to its size and condition. I know us gardeners should have more patience than most, I know I have a hard time resisting those catalogues. I tend to want what I want now also, Janet
