The recipe for glue is 1 cup of water - 1 tbsp of cornstarch. Cook until it thickens then cool. I made 1/2 a recipe and only used about 1/2 of that. I used napkins cut into strips. I use a tooth pick to put dots of glue on strips and one seed per dot of glue.
