Ordering orchids from eBay?

I'm interested in buying some Cymbidium orchids from an Australian seller on eBay but I'm concerned about the risk of confiscation at the border. I've been looking into the import requirements but can't make much sense of them so I was wondering if someone has some experience in this and could advise me. What is needed for me to safely order plants from overseas? The seller provides a CITES but not a phytosanitary certificate. Will that be sufficient to ensure the plants get to me?

I have some experience buying from ebay and i dont advice to use it. Its too risky and you will be very disappoint
