Bare root raspberry sources in Canada?

I'm looking for a good source of bare root raspberries, somewhere with a good list of varieties at decent prices?

Seems the stores are all selling 2-3 potted canes for $10-12, what a rip!

I ordered some from TT Seeds.com, but looking for a better list of varieties if you know of one? Thanks.

try kijiji in your area, in the later spring or ask your local recycling group for some for free. there are recycling groups on yahoo groups with different names like freecycle, fullcircles(my favorite) and reuseit. This plants will come right out of the gardens and that means they will be adapted to your area.

True, but chance of bringing home a virus is massive with raspberries. But thanks for the suggestion.

Boughen Nurseries in Manitoba sells bare root raspberries. Their shipping costs are high, but when possible I've had stuff sent by bus and it's cheaper. PH. 204 638 7618.
