This is a very popular plant and should be available at most retail outlets, store or mail-order, this spring. Check your local garden centres in a couple of weeks.

As for your over-wintering situation, could your soil be too wet? Otherwise, it's possible that you are the northern limits of its hardiness. My guess is that it's truly hardy to only zone 5, maybe zone 4 with special conditions.

Rozanne has come through 2 winters for me so far, this year she came back a lot earlier and much more of her than last year. I suppose that is to be expected.
I have raised beds but didn't give her any winter protection.
Only geraniums I lost were some traversii var elegans and a mystery geranium grown from seed, tentatively identified as G Robustum.

Hi, I planted three 2 years ago. First winter only two survived, I suspect they might have been eaten. They were so amazing that I bought two more last summer and they have all come through (with next to no snow cover this winter. It helps that rabbit population is being controlled by fox population boom). Do you cover them with plenty of stuff in winter? Do you have snow cover?

I've had good luck with Rozanne. It's in a spot where nothing else but daylilies will grow and blooms all summer long until frost. I bought Rozanne at Loblaws. I've tried other varieties of hardy geraniums, but Rozanne has been the best.

Thanks everyone. A couple survived this winter. We had decent snow coverage all Winter until March. The ground is much dryer this year though.

I was hoping to find a source that was less costly than Loblaws/Superstore, but I haven't found anything yet. I hope to purchase several more this year. I love that they bloom all summer.
