My guess is that it's not - the leaves in your pics are more toothed than the poison ivy I've seen. Although it's entirely possible that the margin is variable - do not take my word for it!!!

So - I did a quick search and it seems that the leaves are quite variable. With that variability in mind, and the fact that it does have that longer petiole on the middle leaf, I'll change my guess to 'yes'.

This is exactly what poison ivy looks like. You will notice that it forms a Y in the stem. On one half of the Y, the leaves tend to be more jagged than on the other. I had quite a bit of this when we came to our new home. My neighbour ended up in the hospital twice after touching it.

I cleared mine up after 3 years with regular spraying of RoundUp. The last two years was just the occasional direct hand spray.
