Most definitely ... all my little winter-sown babies seem to be screaming at me "we want to go in the ground" :)

I will probably be putting a few in this weekend, just because i can't stand it anymore.

I believe someone mentioned about putting them in early: Yes you protect them from frost of course, and if the weather seems cool and not much happening on top, they are busy developing their root systems. As Martha would say: That is a GOOD thing.

YES!!!! I cheated and planted my planter boxes aweek ago. I could not stand it any longer.I have had the fever for weeks now.

I started planting early too. Have my front yard done in a day. If the garden centres have their plants out, why the heck should I wait till it's 'officially' okay to begin.

I'm not too worried. All of my plantings except for the canna, are perennials. Most would be able to withstand the cool overnight temps and for sure measure, we can always add a cover of newspapers or the like to protect tender plants from frost.

I can't believe the forecast! They must be wrong! I think I heard my tomatoes sighing with relief as I put them back into their little greenhouse earlier. Now I have to go haul my brugs back inside. Blah!
