What kind of Hydrangea is that?

Hi I was just wondering if somebody could tell me what kind of Hydrangea is that? It says on the pot Hydrangea pink. nothing else. I know that there is lost of species of Hydrangea. Plus some of the leaves are purpleish colour is this normal or its like a sun burn maybe??

Your hydrangea could be a Mop Head - 'Pia' is a dwarf variety which is pink.

According to what I've read the leaves will turn like that in the fall so perhaps your plant has been stressed by too much sun or lack of moisture or *something*.

I`m definitely not an expert on hydrangeas but am aware of this hydrangea website.
