Picture 1 is an Euphorbia polychroma; Pic 2 appears to be a Dianthus/Sweet William that is getting ready to bloom; pic 3 I am not sure what it is called, but am pretty sure it is a weed as I have been pulling the occasional ones out of my yard. A good site for toxic plant info is http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/poison-control/ ; it is based on pet information, but is a very good site for identification and general toxicity information.

I agree with Donna, the first one is cushion spurge and the second one is dianthus/sweet william. The third one looks like it might be some kind of nettle. Is it taller, 8-12", or low growing? If it is taller and has 'hairy' stems I would say stinging nettle. Do not touch it without gloves on. Some people only feel the sting but others, like me, blister. Marg

If the third one is not nettle, it might be anise hyssop. The two are very similar looking when young. If the stems are not hairy, try bruising a leaf to see if it has a licorice smell (be sure not to touch it if it does have hairy stems - I have a fairly mild reaction to nettle stings, but it still hurts a lot.

I agree with Donna and as for the third photo, I thought perhaps mint but then also anise hyssop. the only way to tell is by crushing the leaves and smelling it.

BTW - Euphorbias are toxic plants and it's sap can irritate. Beautiful plant nevertheless. Just take care in handling it.
