Cuttings from Dappled Willow

Can a cutting from a Dappled Willow be used to "grow" another one? If so, what needs to be done and how difficult would it be?

Willows are very easy to root and grow. Trim off a few stems, strip off some of the leaves if there are a lot, put them in a pail with a couple inches of water and set them in a shady site and within no time they'll send roots. Initially after planting in soil, water often to ensure the soil is moist.
