I don't know where to buy them but I will tell you about my cousins experience with concrete urns. She lives in brampton and she had one a few years ago. She left it full of dirt, but the second winter it cracked from the freezing and thawing of the dirt, and was useless after that. They don't come cheap so I thought I'd let you know her experience.

Affordable is the interesting part. Unfortunately, that means you will need to do a lot of window shopping before you can find that bargain. I can tell you though that major garden centres such as Humber Nurseries also carries garden accessories. Angelo's Garden Centres (Vaughn) has a huge range of concrete garden accessories from statues to planters.

Another way to search for bargain is via ebay or Craigs list. Search newspapers for factory outlets. If you can locate the factory, you may find bargains.

Southern Exposure (Vaughn) had a recent sale on items but I cannot say if they carry concrete planters. I know they carried Morroccan type terracota stuff.
