Need ID on evergreen.

Went to a graden tour on the weekend hosted by a friend. They have a unique weeping evergreen which her husband acquired when someone was going to throw it out. The young cone formations are a stunning wine red. Gorgeous tree! She'd like to know what it is. So would I! :O)

Looks like a Picea abies 'Reflexa', also known as Picea abies 'Pendula' -- Reflexa being the official name of this cultivar of a Norway Spruce.
