I am having the same problem-though my Asiatics all look fine-blooms are great but my Orientals are very small this year compared to last-my CasaBlanca,Rio Negro,American Dream,American Flame and Stargazer are all really healthy, just very small almost stunted this year-I am thinking it's the cooler temps and a lot more precipitation than the last 3 years.
Not sure what else it could be,
