Heard about another place in Oakville for cement statues etc. It is on Royal Windsor Drive just east of Ford Drive and it is called Nielsen's Concrete. Good prices there too.

My wife and I went to Bartolini's statuary manufacturing plant just off Hwy 27, as you suggested Joyce. They have some amazing creations, as well as some not so classic. The prices were indeed good. My wife just HAD to have 3 statues, so we came home somewhat heavier than when we arrived. Thanks for the tip though.

Went to Nielsen's Concrete today and they do not have lots of choice but the prices are right. They had a nice almost lifesize curled up cat statue for $19.00 and a Japanese Lady statue for $39. I saw same statue at Holland Park Gallery but couldn't see the price...but from other prices must have been at least $100. The place in Etobicoke has lots more choice but depends on where you live.
