bloodmeal is good at keeping rabbits away

I tried bloodmeal, but the rabbit still came back and ate all my trollius golden plant. I just planted it too, and it was about to open its flower I was so excited only to wake up and look through my window and see only the stalks of the plant. I cried, I really do. Plus it is 2 rabbits a big one and a small one.

try critter ridder - a product you can get from Home Depot and the like.

A large outdoor male cat does a good job ;-)
I don't have rabbits, chipmonks or many squirrels (and I live in the country) but we have hawks too. The birds don't eat my strawberries either, especially since I planted catnip in the garden with them, just for him and he likes to roll around and hang out there.

A rabbit ate my good painted daisy plant( Robinson Rose) Could not believe my eyes almost like someone pruned it right down...
Although, the foliage does resemble carrot tops. Next year I'm putting a metal cage ie chicken wire around it

I had a little baby bunny move into my yard last summer. He devoured my newly sown zinnias and chewed at my raspberry and blackberry canes.

I threw netting over everything that I could and he soon lost interest and moved on.

If you can't put netting on everything, maybe you could block access into your garden.

I do love bunnies but can sympathize. If you can get your hands on a product that contains cayote pee that might help. I've seen them online.

Another suggestion is a motion detector sprinkler available thru Vesseys and I think Lee Valley tools.
