Please help me save the cherry tree

I'm so worry about my front yard cherry tree. It looks getting dead(please see the photo as follows). Its two big trucks have no flowers and leaves in spring. There is a hole on the bottom of the cherry tree. Some big, black insect like ants come out. What wrong with it? Thanks for your kind help.

Looks like your cherry has bacterial canker.....I'm afraid that your tree will not survive.....most of the tree is dead.

Thanks for your response. Could you please tell me how to kill those bacterial canker? I'd like to try as one truck still alive. Thanks again.
