Need help identifying a mint

I'm having trouble identifying a mint (weed) that's growing in my garden here in Calgary. It's small and bushy, maybe 10" tall, with a similar growth habit to both lemon balm and spearmint, though it has deeper forest green leaves that are slightly hairy to the touch. The smell is only slightly minty, with stronger notes of camphor or even cinnamon; herbal cough and cold balms come to mind. It produces small purple flowers, spaced out along the stem (kind of like carpet bugle's flowers) that are really attractive to bees. It seems to grow everywhere from full sun to full shade. It isn't pennyroyal or wild mint, which is what google seems to think it is; the flowers are more free standing, not really in clusters. I'd really like to know what kind of mint this is since I've encountered it now at the past two places I've lived, clear across the city from each other. If you know what it might be, please let me know
