New gardener - what's going on with my zuchini? help!

I'm a new gardener. Just started gardening this year. I notice this kinda of white looking stuff on the stem of my zuchini plant. Only 2 out of the 6 have it. It's not powdery nor moldy looking. I'm thinking it might just be my plant growing. What do you think?
