Help identifying this plant?

This has been growing at our place for some time, it is over my height now(I am 5'4) and we don't know what it is. My mother is a green thumb so to speak and has been gardening most of her life, but no idea what this plant is. Can anyone else identify it for us? It finally bloomed today. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not 100 % sure on this but it looks a lot like an Angelica Gigas.

Definitely Angelica. Nice one too!! Butterflies go crazy feeding on this one as well as other beneficial insects. I used to grow it and while the bess were on it they would get so 'drunk' from feeding you could literally pet them. :O)

If you are into offering seeds, I would be more than interested since I'd like to reintroduce it to our gardens.
