Memorial plants

I know many of you out there have planted something special in memory of a loved one who has passed away.

Does anybody know if you can make it a condition of sale that a tree not be removed when you sell your property? Can this be written in such a way that the clause be included in any future sale?

Not selling now, just trying to plan for the future. Lately I have been planting shrubs for lost loved ones and they could be dug up if necessary. However, I planted a Dove tree when my Mom died a few years back. It gets to be very large and I will not be able to move it soon (assuming I can move it now, not a given that it is 15 feet high already).

Thanks,

MG
