Most poppies that are perennial and annuals, will self pollinate. But just be prepared that the seeds may not produce plants that resemble the parent plants. I've experienced that with an annual type of poppy that was supposedly salmon and multi=petalled. It came out red and single petalled which was interesting. You should have several seed heads by now.
