I believe the plant in the last picture is Limonium sinuatum.

I don't think it's L. sinuatum - that has lobed leaves and much more compact flower heads. It is also not reliably hardy to zone 3 (it could be if you have it in a good microclimate though).

The first is Limonium latifolium, aka Sea Lavender.

The second is Limonium tartaricum, aka German Statice.

Just to be geeky, L. tataricum, has now been transferred to the separate genus Goniolimon.
