Garden mums not blooming

I bought garden mums (though I was told the name as hylotelephium spectabile, when I posted their photo on garden web to know the name, but now I recall that they were garden mums) last year and kept one indoor during winter, in summer I could divide the plants and their roots into many plants. Now they are outside and growing well but not blooming. what should i do? thanks
