What is this Plant

This climbing vine that we have has just extended a shoot on to our deck and has given some fruit which is developing into flowers. Could someone help me to identify it. This is only the second time in years that I have seen this happen. I haven't figured out how to include a picture, but the casing is red, the flower orange and the casing unfurls as the orange flower extends out, and than I think will open up. Thanks

I'm afraid this isn't enough information. Don't eat any fruits unless you are certain it's non-poisonous.

Sounds like it might be a Trumpet Vine. I had mine for 15 years and it didn't start to flower until the year before we moved! Marg

I was able to place a picture up on my web site. Here is the link.

Hopefully this will give someone enough info to help me to identify it. Thanks

Marvin, it is definitely a Trumpet Vine. Hummingirds love them. Marg

Thanks all. I would like to put up some more pictures as it opens up. I find it fascinating. Tonight the two main flowers have started to arch up and the other casings have begun to open.

Campsis radicans (Trumpet vine or Trumpet creeper in the U.S.)

Those are flower buds, the fruit part or seed pods develop later and are the shape and size of a banana.
