Hi,

Does anyone know where I can order a Meyer Lemon in Canada? I tried contacting Flora Exotica in Montreal with no luck.

Thanks,
Lakshmi

Vancouver

I suggest that you look up Vancouver nurseries that ship outside the province. Some gardeners grow this type of tree in Vancouver and Victoria. If you ever visit Vancouver go to their large nurseries.

Try Casino Tropicals or Tropic to Tropic Plants
Look for USDA zone 8 to tropical plants or trees.

Cheers

RE: Meyer Lemon

Hi I grew one from seeds taken from grocery bought meyer lemons. It's pretty easy but of course the plant will take anywhere from 5 to 10 years before it can begin producing fruits.

RE: Meyer Lemon

Thanks a lot. I finally managed to get in touch with Flora Exotica this morning and am now a proud owner of a Meyer Lemon and a Key Lime...now if I can just manage not to kill them :-)

For anyone else that is interested: http://www.floraexotica.ca

He ships to the continental US and Canada and had a really good selection of exotic fruits (most with fruit on them) and other exotic plants.
