Maybe a bit late, but since anyone reading this is likely planning next years garden, so just in case TSC is out of stock ... In spring 2011 I asked everywhere for cattle panels (& ended up using concrete reinforcing wire - half the length of the cattle panels) and heard that you can get them from Menonite farmers. My helpful TSC fella said to ask any menonite & they would send you along to someone who has them.
