Home Depot, Walmart and Lowes usually have heat mat kits in their horticulture dept. but generally don't begin to carry them until mid-late winter. They're made by Jiffy and the box includes a flat and clear lid with 72 peat pellets and the heat mat. They go for about 30 dollars but hopefully will be less money this spring, with the stronger Can. dollar.
