Diseased Canna?

My Cannas are looking terrible. They seem to have some sort of infestation or disease. They started out fine, but in the last month, the new leaves have started dieing as the unfurl. They get plenty of water and sun. The young shoots grow fine until the get close to a mature size.Is there anything I can spray or should I just get rid of them?

It doesn't look like a disease to me, I think it might be a pest that dwells inside the canna stalk. Try using BT (Bacillus thuringiensis), it will be located in the insecticide area

Here is a link that might be useful: BT info

Thanks Zitro!
You were right. They were Leaf-rollers. I put the BT to 'em last weekend, so i'll wait and see what happens. Thanks again!
