I have hundreds of cannas I stored. Decided to grow eight as houseplants, so put them in small pots (12"). Stupid idea I think now. They are all like 4 1/2' high and I know the pots are not going to hold them. Will they live if I put them in big big pots, replant them? I will have to break or cut the pots they are in now to do this. Didn't know they'd grow so well and fast, only 1 1/2 months. If I leave them in the small pots will they die? I am trying to grow them as houseplants as I read somewhere on the Internet you could. Please let me know. Thanks. Teri.
