| can anyone tell me when is the best time to plant cannas in zone 8? i want to dig up some from last year and plant some new ones also. i want to make some round beds with my cannas. i also want to make new beds and different shapes of clusters with them. thanks |

| In our warm zones, I don't think the cannas care when we move them (as long as they aren't so tall that they tip over)! I helped my sister-in-law plant some on Sunday, & I'd bet that she'll have flowers this summer. |

| Plant them now. They are smart. They will know when to start growing. And they will have a longer and more productive growing season for it. |
