one strong, one weak?

I have two "Wyoming" Cannas I just started in pots. I potted them up 2 weeks ago now. They're in 6" pots (I realize they'll soon outgrow them). One has a single, very thick sturdy stalk about an inch high. The other has a weak, thin stalk a half-inch high. Will this second one catch up to the other??

Also, is a soil temp of 68 with air temp 70 good for them for now? They'll go outside as soon as it's warm enough (mid-late May).

Sounds good to me. Make sure they get lots of sun as well as heat.
