I just sent some out the other day .. I used express post and I packaged them in plastic dollar store containers one I put in a paper bag with a bit of peat and the other I placed a damp paper towel over as it had already awakened from its winter nap. I think the ideal way is to get it there as quickly as possible .. less chance of something going wrong.

Darlene, I ship them clean and dry and either wrapped in newspaper or shredded paper in the box, Priority.

Either way, cannas are extremely resilent. If received dry, just soak in water overnight and plant.....then sit back and watch the beauty explode,
