| Last year was my first year for canna. I dug them up and have stored them in my basement. I am not sure how early I can replant them in Zone 6b - can anyone help. Thankyou.

| Jilly, I would pot them up if they have started to sprout. Once they have sprouted, I put my pots outdoors on the driveway or in a garden for nature to take its course. However, on cold days where frost is threatening or the temperature is less that 5C, I bring them into the garage. It works for me ( albeit a little more work ) and I get earlier bloom. |
