| Everyone who seems to have any luck germinating their canna seeds says they file or drill holes. What's the best way to attack these little guys? I feel like I'm beating up my fingers since they are so small. |

| I hold the seeds with a small pair of pliers and use a small flat metal file. It works very well. |

| Grab with a pair of plyers, and use a file until you can barely see a white spot. Then sink in a glass of water for a day or two. After that, some will plant in a baggie with humid peat moss, some plant straight in the ground. |
