Not an expert here, but I've had Stuttgart for several years and it's grown very well. Possibly the 'special care' would be to plant where it gets some shade. The leaves can burn quickly. Some have theirs in a pond and say they don't experience the burnt leaves. Somewhere I read you can add Epson salt to the ground/soil and that would help with burning. I've tried the Epson salt before, but didn't see a difference possibly because I didn't continue this practice. I have some in shade and some in direct sun. The ones in full sun seem to multiply quicker than the ones in shade.
